My objective is to keep this privacy policy as jargon free and as uncomplicated as possible.

If there is anything here that makes no sense at all, please feel free to give me a good telling off..!

Most important thing most people want to know when it comes to websites and privacy:
None of the information collected in this website's statistics identifies you or anything about you; location, personal information, email address - nothing.

What information do we collect automatically?
None. For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognises the referring domain name (which website you came from if any) but not the e-mail address or any information about you. The server also logs aggregate information on what pages you access or visit via website logs which are used purely for website activity analytics.

What other information do we collect?
You can voluntarily chose to become a registered member. In doing so, we collect only your name, e-mail address and basic contact details - unless required for invoicing, we will not ask for city, state/province/county, postal/zip code, date of birth, or any other personal information which cold identify you. We also collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, and profile information volunteered by the consumer.

What do we do with this information?
The information we collect is used for internal review and to improve the content of our web page. The information we collect is not shared with other persons, companies, or organisations except when required by a law enforcement agency in the process of a criminal investigation.

Do we use cookies?
Our website (like zillions of websites) does use cookies to store certain information about your browser settings in order to present the web pages correctly and to track our Internet marketing but these 'cookies' DO NOT store (or require) any personal or other information that you may enter while using the site. All cookies are encrypted so they can not be used by another website.

What do we do with your personal information?
All of the information you voluntarily provide (when purchasing a service or subscribing/registering, for example) remains confidential and is not shared with anyone other than the web site administrators. All of our web site administrators are instructed to maintain this confidentiality and would be terminated if they were found to be in violation of this privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information
We may occasionally send newsletters and other important system messages via email to subscribers and customers only. Our subscriber list and/or customer list is never divulged to anyone or any other business. All customers have the option of not receiving any or all of such messages.

We do not use public profiles and no information about you, the services we have provided to you, or the results of those services, are made public in any form without your written consent to do so - even in which case, no personal contact details would ever be made public.

Do we partner with ad services which may collect information about you?
No. Never have done and never will.

What will happen if this privacy policy changes?
If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to this web site and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. If you are concerned about how your information is used, you should check back at our web site periodically. For these new purposes, we will use only data collected from the time of the policy change forward.

Can you find out what information we have about you?
Yes. Upon request we provide customers/clients with access to all information (including proprietary information), including unique identifier information (e.g., customer number or password), transaction information (e.g., dates on which customers made purchases, amounts and types of purchases), contact information (e.g., name, address, phone number), and a complete description of all of the information that we maintain about them.

Consumers can access this information by sending us an email. We will attempt to verify the identity of the person requesting your information before we provide said information. Consumers can have this information corrected by sending an email to customer services.
