Internet Services in Lincolnshire

Apart from a dozen or so years when I lived overseas, Lincolnshire has been my home since 1972. I live here, work here and have no plans to run away and hide with a shattered reputation. Which is why I spend most of my time happily working with big and small businesses in the region - helping them to stand out on the so-called level-playing-field we call the Internet.

I cringe at all the call-centres around the country and from around the world (Liverpool, Manchester and India come to mind) offering promises of "we understand your business and we can make the web work for you" and all that crap. How can a marketing firm or SEO from hundreds or thousands of miles away "know" and "understand" your business? They don't even know where you are for jeepa's sakes!

The BS on the web is at a level that makes you distrust everyone.

• I am always keen to show up for a cup of coffee and chat in person

• I don't claim to have a "technical team" and a "customer support team" and all that BS that you see everywhere...
• I don't make you wait several days for a reply to a support "ticket" (although I do have a ticket system for the right purposes)...
• I answer my phone, I call back, I reply to emails - promptly
• I value my reputation and I value your business - whether you're spending fifty quid or fifty thousand!

About the feedback snippets: Whenever possible, all comments about my work are captured in screen shots rather than regurgitating text or 'faking it'. I hate bull-crap pretentious websites that make false claims to have tens of thousands of customers and all the feedback comes from "Mrs M" and "Mr C from Bolton" or an anonymous "Mandy P from Cheltenham"...
