If your website fails to appear in the top 10 results in Google for any of your key phrases during any part of a month (after the first 6 months), then you pay none of the SEO costs related to the SEO element of your contract and any pre-paid SEO fees for that month will be refunded to you.

If you do not see a top 10 position for any of your key phrases at any time during 3 consecutive months, you then have the option to terminate the contract without notice or request that Koss UK continues to carry out optimisation on your website at no cost until such time that one or more of your search phrases do, in fact, achieve top 10 ranking.

This SEO Guarantee is available to all contracts, optionally, and includes a Top-Rank Premium of £____ per phrase that reaches the top 3 at any time in any given month. The value of the Top-Rank Premium (typically £25 per phrase) is determined by competitiveness and difficulty which is calculated by the KEI and KOI. Maximum Top Rank Premium is equivalent to 100% of the SEO element of your contract with Koss UK.
