PPC Advertising - Pay Per Click (PPC) Tips
We see it everywhere we go online these days, the advert are everywhere - and the website owners want us to click them every time we see them...

Yes, I'm talking about Google Adsense.

Without doubt, Google AdSense is the leader (and dominator in my opinion) of content-sensitive advertising. They have mastered it completely. Not only have they got a great model that suits them, the website owners and the 'clickers', they have a great brand that everyone trusts for relevance - meaning it is very likely that the adverts will be relevant to the page they are displayed on, rather than completely random as in the old 'link exchange' models of the 90s.

Another reason that Adsense 'Rules' is because it is so easy to implement. Drop a bit of Google AdSense  code on your website and bingo, you're good to go. Easy peasy. You can completely customise the look of the adverts to suit your website and position them wherever you want - Google puts you in control and makes it simple to do.

However, there are alternatives to Google Adsense.

I cannot recommend any of these as I, personally, do not do in-page advertising (maybe I should, there's money to be made so I am constantly being told) but these are the ones I have come across on my cyber-travels.
